The Price County Zoning Committee will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the UW Extension Conference Room C, Normal Building, 104 S. Eyder Ave., Phillips, Wisconsin. This meeting is open to the public in keeping with Chapter 19, Subchapter V, Wisconsin Statutes (Open Meeting Law).
Please note that all items listed on this agenda are done so for the purpose of notifying the public what the Price Zoning Committee will be discussing in detail and the fact that action may be taken upon any specific item listed.

1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the minutes from the January 12, 2012 meeting.
3.Approval of 2011 and 2012 expenditures.
4.Discussion of the department 2011 and year-to-date finance report.
5. Public hearings:
9:00 a.m.------ Conditional Use permit filed by Mark and Julie Fischer for the purpose of building a storage unit. The property is located within part of Government Lot 5, Section 17, Township 40N, Range 1W, Town of Lake (N15798 Tamarack Road).
9:05 a.m. Conditional Use permit filed by Mark and Julie Fischer for the purpose of renting a home on a weekly basis. The property is located within part of Government Lot 3, Section 18, Township 40N, Range 1W, and part of Government Lot 5, Section 17, Township 40N, Range 1W, Town of Lake (N15910 Tamarack Road).
1. Correspondence / Public Comment.
2. Land division filed by Stan Lach Jr. and LuAnn Lach to create one (1) lot located within the SE1/4 NE1/4, Section 6, Township 35N, Range 2E, Town of Prentice.
3. Discuss and take possible action regarding the consolidation of the Land Conservation Department and the Zoning Department.
4. Discuss and take possible action regarding reducing the Program Assistant staffing to 72%.
5. Department activity report.
6. Establish date and time of next meeting.
