INFANT/CHILD SCREENING PROGRAMS
Physical examinations, hearing/vision screening, nutrition education, lead screening, urine testing, hematocrit weight and height, immunizations, and developmental assessments are offered to children of Price County in various forms and for various reasons.

The Health Check program is a BadgerCare+ reimbursed program for eligible children ages birth to 19 years. Physical assessments are also offered to children entering kindergarten, day cares, preschool, and Head Start programs in Price County. The Well Child screening is a fee for service exam for children ages birth to 18 years.
