ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM
The Environmental Health Program is funded by the Prevention Block Grant. The programming attempts to prevent or reduce deleterious agents within the environment in order to prevent future incidence of environmentally related disease or injury. Furthermore, the program continues to assess environmental health hazards as local activities change, prioritize and intervene with appropriate methods to prevent and reduce deleterious agents.
