Nutrition Sites/Home Delivered Meals

Purpose:

To provide nutritious meals containing one-third the daily requirements.

Eligibility:

Nutrition Sites: Persons 60 years of age or older, or married to someone 60 years or older.

Home Delivered Meals: Must be homebound.*

* (Homebound means it is difficult to leave home unassisted and you do so less than once per week.)

Cost:

A contribution of $2.00 at the site and $2.50 home delivered.

Must be made by noon of the previous day served.

Share Program
Purpose:	To provide good food or everyone at an affordable cost.
Eligibility:	Open to everyone.
Cost:	$14.50 to receive $24 - $35 worth of food. Must provide 2 hours of community service work.
