Meeting Minutes

November 4, 2008

Rasmussen called meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.

Members present;  J. Vlach, R. Schneider, J. Walasek, J. Robb, J. Rasmussen*

Staff present; Hallstrand

Minutes of October 14, 2008 meeting approved as presented by motion; Robb/Schneider, carried

Hallstrand and Committee discussed the possible purchase of a currently, privately owned hanger on

Airport property.  The Committee determined that the purchase would not be in the best interest of the

Airport or taxpayers at this time.

Next meeting scheduled for December 9, 2008 at 9:00 A.M.

Voucher in amount of $728.38 and revenue and expenditure reports were approved by motion; Robb/Walasek, carried.

Manager updated Committee on Airport expansion project and schedule and daily Airport operations.

Hallstrand introduced Jerry Clark who will be taking over administration duties in Hallstrand’s absence.

Committee thanked Hallstrand and commended him for his service to country.
