Rasmussen called meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.

Members present; Vlach, Schneider, Walasek, Robb, Rasmussen

Staff present; Hallstrand

Minutes of July 15, 2008 meeting were approved as presented by motion; Robb, Schneider, carried

2009 Budget was reviewed and approved and forwarded to Executive Finance/IT Committee.  Motion by Schneider, Robb, carried

Shared equipment with Forestry was discussed.  Motion by Robb second by Walasek to support the purchase of Bobcat Compact Tractor Loader with attachments. Motion carried.

Date and time of October 14 at 9:00 A.M. set for next meeting

Vouchers were signed and Revenue and Expenditure reports were approved by motion; Vlach/Walasek, carried

Hallstrand updated the committee on lightning damage from July storm.

Committee accepted manager’s report.

The presentation at Phillips Plastics hanger was cancelled.

Motion to adjourn at 10:00 A.M.; Robb/Vlach, carried
