AIRPORT COMMITTEE
This committee
shall consist of five (5) members, appointed by the Price County
Board Chairperson.
1. This
committee shall be responsible for overseeing of the airport manager
and assistant manager.
2. This
committee shall be responsible for formulating and providing the
management oversight for the planning, operation and maintenance of
airport facilities, equipment and grounds.
3. This
committee shall review and approve an annual budget.
4. This
committee shall review and approve monthly expenditures.
5. This
committee shall serve as liaison on airport matters between Price
County and the State and Federal government, and its agencies.
6. This
committee shall review and approve airport leases for hanger space.
The Airport
committee secretary shall be responsible for keeping minutes of
meetings. |
