The special meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m. by Chairman Jim Robb in conference room B located on the top floor of the Normal Building.  Members present were Richard Schneider, Richard Kelnhofer, and John Vlach.  Bob Rogalla was excused. Staff present included Zoning Administrator, Kevin Krause. 

Motion by Kelnhofer / Vlach to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2009 meeting.  Motion carried.

Motion by Schneider / Kelnhofer to approve the expenditures for November 2009.  Motion carried.

LAND DIVISIONS

Land division filed by John Reardon to create one (1) lot located in the SW ¼ NE ¼, Section 23, Township 37 North, Range 1 West, Town of Elk.  Motion by Kelnhofer / Schneider to approve based upon the fact that the land division satisfies ordinance requirements.  Motion carried.
