1.      The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairperson Jim Robb.  Members present were Dick Laws, Bob Rogalla, Richard Schneider, and Ronald Kardas.  Staff present included Zoning Administrator Kevin Krause.  It should be noted that this meeting is a special meeting that was requested by Robert and Rhonda Cummings who have paid a fee to cover the costs of the special meeting.  (amended at 1/12/2012 meeting)

2.      Motion by Laws / Schneider to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2011 meeting.  Motion carried.

3.      Motion by Schneider / Laws to approve the land division filed by Jonathan Dulin on behalf of Robert and Rhonda Cummings to create one lot located in the NW ¼ SW ¼, Section 27, Township 34 North, Range 1 West, Town of Ogema.  Motion carried.

4.      Chairman Robb adjourned the meeting at 8:05 a.m.
