1.      The meeting was called to order by Jim Robb at 9:00 a.m.  Members present were Richard Schneider, Richard Kelnhofer, and John Vlach.  Staff present included Zoning Administrator Kevin Krause. 

2.      Motion by Schneider / Vlach to approve the minutes of the February 11, 2010  meeting.  Motion carried.

3.      There were no expenditures for February.

4.      The 2010 year-to-day finance report was presented to the Committee for review.

5.      Motion by Kelnhofer / Schneider to approve the land division filed by Aaron Gago to create one lot located in the NW ¼ NW ¼, Section 25, Township 38 North, Range 1 West, Town of Flambeau.  Motion carried.

6.      Correspondence / Public Comment.  Jim Robb presented a letter from County Board Chairman Bob Kopisch regarding the County’s 911 numbering.  Russell Severt presented a letter regarding the Richter CUP.  Tom Kiesgen presented a letter.

7.      Department activity report.  No questions.

8.      The next meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2010 @ 9:00 a.m.

9.      Motion by Vlach / Kelnhofer to adjourn at 9:29 a.m.  Motion carried.
