Senior Nutrition Services

Senior dining provides nutritious, well-balanced meals; promotes better health; and reduces isolation through opportunities for socialization.

Senior Dining Sites are in five communities throughout Price County and home delivered meals are also available in other communities. Each site offers meals four days per week.

While each site is unique, all senior dining sites occasionally offer a variety of activities to foster friendship, fellowship and just plain fun.

Senior Dining is available to individuals 60 or older and their spouse/domestic partner regardless of their age; and adult with disabilities who lives with and accompanies an eligible older adult to the site.

Home delivered meals are an option for:

  • Individuals age 60 or older who are frail and essentially homebound;
  • A spouse or domestic partner of a person eligible for a home delivered meal as described above, regardless of age or condition, if an assessment concludes that participation is in the best interest of the homebound older individual; or
  • An adult with a disability who resides with an eligible older individual participating in the program, if an assessment concludes that participation is in the best interest of the eligible participant

Effective 1/1/2023, a $4.75 contribution is suggested for each meal served at the site and $5.25 contribution is suggested for each home delivered meal. However, you are encouraged to contribute more if you can. No eligible person will be denied a meal if unable to donate. Call the Price County Senior Services Manager at 715-339-2158 if you are concerned about your ability to donate.

To join a site simply call the site manager phone number listed above at least 24 hours in advance. The site manager will help you register. For home delivered meals, contact Price County Senior Services Manager at 715-339-2158.
