1. When can I come in to get fingerprinted?

The Sheriff's Office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide fingerprinting services; however, we ask that you please call the Jail at 715-339-4116 to make an appointment. If you do not make an appointment, we cannot guarantee an officer will be able to assist you when you stop.

2. What should I bring when I come in to get fingerprinted?

You will need to bring confirmation from the organization requiring the prints and a fingerprint card if you were provided with one.

3. What if I don't have a fingerprint card?

If you were not provided with a fingerprint card by the organization requiring that you be fingerprinted, one will be provided for you at no cost.

4. What happens after I've been printed?

Once you have been printed, you will be provided with a fingerprint card you can send to the organization requiring the prints. The Sheriff's Office will not send your prints in for you.

5. What is the fee for being fingerprinted?

There is no fee for this service.
