What does the Clerk of Circuit Court do?
The Clerk of Circuit Court is a public official elected to a 4-year term in countywide races. They are statutorily responsible for various record keeping functions of the court including the maintenance of records of all documents filed with the courts, keeping a record of court proceedings, and collecting various fees, fines and forfeitures ordered by the court or specified by statute
Transcripts
If you are in need of a transcript for a hearing for Judge Fuhr, please contact the Clerk of Court’s office at 715-339-2353. Prepayment for the transcripts is required by the Court Reporter
Language/ADA Accommodations
Please contact the Clerk of Court regarding the availability of free language assistance services and the process for requesting accommodations under ADA during court proceedings.

Jury Management
Jury management is also a responsibility of the Clerk of Circuit Court. Effective July 1, 1997, Wisconsin citizens are obligated for no more than one month of jury service in a 4-year period
