The bus is available to the general public within a 5 miles radius of downtown Park Falls for shopping, employment, medical, personal, social or recreational purposes. The Park Falls bus runs Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call to schedule a ride. All buses are equipped with a wheelchair lift; riders needing special help must call 24 hours prior to trip. Youth ages 6 - 17 may ride unattended; children age 6 & under ride for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Exact cash fee must be placed in fare box upon entry. Park Falls/Glidden/Mellen - Travel to other communities via transfers to other BART Buses is limited and requires at least a minimum 30-minute notice; call ahead to avoid scheduling problems - 715-264-6611.

Located near Crowley Dam on the North Fork of the Flambeau River. Two campsites available to those arriving by boat, canoe or kayak. Each campsite has a cabin with room for four sleeping bags side by side. The cabins are off of the ground and screened at one end. No fee required, first-come first-served, picnic table, fire ring, bench, dock, porta potty; no water or electric. For head water information, call 715-762-3046.

Located on Emily Lake (26-acres, slow no wake, panfish); 11 rustic campsites with parking spurs, fire grills, and picnic tables; fee required; no reservations – first come, first served; tents, trailers, and RVs up to 45+ feet; drinking water, vault toilets, swimming area, and boat landing for small motorized and non-motorized watercraft. Emily Lake supports a good panfish population. (Winter camping [beginning in November] – vault toilets, no water, no garbage removal, no plowed roads or services of any kind.)

The Flambeau Trail System is a 70-mile trail that winds through the CNNF. Trail uses include ATVs, UTVs and off-road motorcycles, as well as mountain bikes, horses and other non-motorized activities.The trail system is highlighted by rolling terrain, tree-lined corridors, wooden bridges, and vistas overlooking bogs and lakes. Along the trail there are several points of interest including the Smith Rapids Covered Bridge crossing the South Fork of the Flambeau River, Round Lake Logging Dam, and Camp Nine Springs. Routes from the trail system allows for access to the city of Park Falls.

Located on the east bank of the North Fork of the Flambeau River (bass, musky, walleye, suckers, red horse, northern pike); 9 paved RV sites (up to 45+ feet) with electric and water hookups (seasonal); dump station nearby; NEW for Summer 2019 will be sewer hookups; first come, first served; year-round; tent camping is permitted in the designated adjacent grassy area; fishing pier, shore fishing, boat landing, canoe landing and boat dock all connected by a lighted walking trail. The adjacent recreation area offers a large, partially-enclosed, log pavilion w/stone fireplace (call to reserve); picnic tables; grills; drinking water & flush toilets (May through the first week in October); horseshoe pits (bring your own horseshoes), basketball and volleyball area (bring your own balls), and playground equipment. Access to the city of Park Falls ATV & UTV trail system and the multi-use 70-mile Flambeau Trail System.
